Today, 1/15/15 My husband and I went into the store we had notary done and dropped off Fedex (which they charge to drop off). We were assured it would be picked up today (Bailey helped us) Receipt ID # 83970978371257888817 @ 10:54am. Again we were assured this would go out today. I have been following the tracking all day and at 5:53pm I called and spoke to Bailey who assured me it would be picked up between 6pm and 6:30pm today. As of 7:50p when I called again according to the tracking it was not picked up. It was sent Priority Overnight. The documents have to be in California no later then 1/16/15. I am not happy they charged me a drop off fee and a notary fee and this according to what I can see is not shipped or picked up. I asked numerous times about the pick up and I was assured it would get there on time. I am feeling like they dropped the ball and will cost us a lot by this not being shipped out. Last time in November we did this same thing and the owner helped us and did not have an issue in fact he gave me a fedex printout receipt which I did not get from Bailey but she told me it would get picked up. How are you all going to make this right. Those documents need to be there by 1/16/14 . The owner's name is Troy Castner. I have sent him a message via voicemail, via the store email, via the store website and facebook and no response. I need this taken care of. Why is customer service so awful in Anderson, IN???????? I have not seen anything like this in my life. I need someone to help us.
